Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States at this time.

We deeply regret any inconvenience you may have experienced due to your items not arriving in perfect condition.
At Naisu Beauty, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you receive an item that is damaged or incomplete, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at support@naisubeauty for assistance with a return or to request a replacement.
To ensure a smooth resolution, we kindly ask that you report any issues within 7 days of receiving your delivery. When contacting us, please include photographs of the damaged or defective item(s), or in the case of missing pieces, clearly indicate what is missing, along with photos of what you did receive. Our dedicated team will assess each situation individually and reach out to you with tailored support and solutions.
Can I cancel my order?
To ensure prompt shipment of your order, we process orders swiftly. As a result, cancellation requests can only be guaranteed if made within one hour of placing the order. For cancellations, please email us immediately at support@naisubeauty.com with "Cancellation" in the subject line and your order number.
Please note, if your request for cancellation is made after 2 PM CST, we cannot assure that your order will be cancelled.

What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from the purchase date to submit a return request. We encourage you to review your order upon receipt to ensure you have ample time to take advantage of our return policy.
